American Seed

Finest Quality Since 1897.

That's what the package says and I'm inclined to believe them. These little ten-cent packages of seeds have been in my garden since I've been growing one and for the money, they can't be beat. I've never had a bad package. Today we picked up the following varieties all for ten-cents a piece (except for the buternut squash which was thirty)

Sweet Basil
Spinach (Giant Noble)
Carrots (Nantes Coreless)
Carrots (Danvers Half Long)
Kohlrabi (Early White Vienna)
Onion (White Lisbon Bunching)
Cucumber (Lemon)
Cucumber (National Pickling)
Tomato (Large Red Cherry)
Tomato (Beefsteak)
Radish (Early Scarlett Globe)
Squash (Straightneck Yellow Early)
Squash (Waltham Butternut)
Squash (Dark Green Zucchini)
Canteloupe (Hale's Best)
Pepper (California Wonder)
Peas

All this for $1.80.
